My Mom’s a Wonder Women ( Literally )

I love my Mom. She could have banished me with her gaze. Thank you, Mom, for not doing that.

Taken with zipp x lucky rolls.

OK. Forget about our recent ” Heavy-weight” Champion, Inception, with all it’s realistic / dream realm drama, -not that I hate it or anything- here comes “SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD” !!

For some of you who (still) knows nothing about it, here’s a brief :

It’s a story about 22 years old Scott Pilgrim, played by Michael Cera (Juno), whose mystically in love with Ramona, played by Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Final Destination 3). But what’s waiting for him, is the league of 7 Exes. The movie is based on the Oni Press graphic novel Scott Pilgrim Volume One: Scott Pilgrim’s Precious Little Life, written by Bryan Lee O’Malley.

What’s  so cool about this movie is how they use CGi technologies in a very creative way. Not just any CGi movies, this particular movie really gives a punch! With Zelda game play themes, all the fights, the gaining experience and bonuses thingy, it makes this movie so unique and also really funny. I can really relate to it, since I am a fan of RPG games. Also, the conversation between the character was very educative (if you’re a rapper) cause it  rhymes, like every time they talk. haha. This movie was based on a comic, that I believe, were inspired by the japanese style comics. So how the American actors interpreted this particular japanese style comic? You really should watch it yourself.

Anyway, on the entertainment side, I personally thinks that this movie is more entertaining than Inception. Inception is cool, and really really cool as in, making me feels like such a small – human being on the face of Christopher Nolan brilliant mind, but it also very heavy, man! You can’t, like even for 10 seconds to leave your attention from it, you will lose the very important plot of the story. Yea, in this movie, every second counts. So as I said earlier,  on the entertainment perspectives, I really like SPVSTW more. It’s light, fun, and entertaining!

So. Enjoy this movie. As you are certainly will.

Special thanks to Boney .

Many faces of Doraemon

I really miss my sunday morning routine, which is to watch Doraemon, just before I went to church.
